Sept - Blenheim Eventer Challenge, we had a team in the 90cm, and
Joanne Monkman representing us in the 100cm. All of our riders did a
fantastic job, but a very special congratulations to Sarah Ashley, who
came an incredible 7th out of 130 riders! 🎉👏
Additional 'Have-A-Go' class added to Dressage shows We have added an extra class to our dressage league shows, especially for nervous riders who may ride their horse in tack that is not BD legal, or boots, or don't have competition clothes, or don't want the dressage stressage. Safety rules still apply. May be led. If in doubt, please ask us & we will try to accommodate you. Remaining date - 3rd Oct.
MKRC CAMP 2026 was brilliant.
We are currently planning next year's camp dates.
July - Summer Show Jumping Qualifier was another very successful day.
We had a team in the 80cm, a team in the 90cm and an individual competitor
in the 100cm. It was a fantastic day, with Championship invites for everyone,
as well as some very well-deserved first rosettes! 🌟🏵️ Unfortunately, the
Summer SJ & DR Championships were cancelled, but Solihull kindly turned the
event into an Inter-Championships. We entered our 80cm team, who did an
amazing job and finished 4th! 👏🏆
April - Combined Training Qualifier, with Harriet Middleton winning her class. Another fantastic achievement! 🏆 Debbie Baker & Jasmine Knowles will be competing at the Combined Training Championships at Aston-le-Walls and we wish them the very best of luck. 🍀
We started 2026 with our Open/Intermediate/Grassroots & DTM Winter Qualifier, where we had an outstanding number of Championship invites! 🏆 An amazing 17 riders went on to compete at the Winter Championships at Lincolnshire Showground. A huge shout-out to Debbie Baker, who won her Novice class! 🥇👏
Our 2025 AGM took place on 14th November, and we were very pleased to welcome Alan Davies, who told us all about his experiences as groom to superstar dressage horses Valegro & Uthopia, amongst others. The prize giving for our summer dressage league took place, very generously sponsored by My Healthy Pet.
EHV - We don't currently need proof of vaccination or EHV status to attend our club events. However, we do need to see proof of influenza vaccination for all entries to BRC qualifiers, and we do ask that everyone follows good biosecurity practice when at any of our events (keeping horses separate, not sharing tack & equipment etc)
